As an Office Manager, you will join Yousign's People & Culture Team. This team is made up of 10 people: Kristina, our HR Director, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Managers, Payroll & Admin, People Project Manager, and YOU!
In direct collaboration with the People team, your role will be to ensure the best employee conditions for our almost 200 employees based in France, Italy, and Germany, working full remote or on-site in our offices in Paris or Caen.
You will manage our offices and improve the working environment, the integration of new Yousigners, and the organization of internal events. If you want to manage a variety of projects and processes in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment, this is the perfect place for you!
Your missions:Office ManagementManage the Paris and Caen officesImprove our remote working conditions (remote events, benefits…)Oversee and manage our suppliers (IT, cleaning, plumber…)Manage the orders and their follow-up for our various needs in suppliesFollow the budget and invoices with the accounting departmentManage access and administration of service platformsEnsure health and safety in the offices: emergency procedures, badges, purchase of personal protective equipment, COVID/sanitary measures...Provide support to our dear Yousigners in terms of travel (with our travel software Okarito), and events (organization of meetings, room reservations, restaurant reservations…)Onboarding / OffboardingOrganize welcome packs for newcomersCoordinate the onboarding and offboarding process with our HR team and IT supportProjectsOrganize our Yousign events (prepare a yearly calendar for big and small events)Be the ambassador of our values (and organize workshops to improve their implementation)Work on our Diversity & Inclusion policyHelp our CSR task-forceYour profile:If you are a rigorous, very organized, and dynamic person who likes to create a positive environment and cultivate links between teams, you are in the right place.
