As a Product Payments Team Lead, you will be responsible for the performance of our payment capabilities within our products. You will achieve this by defining the strategy and roadmap, ensuring products can compete successfully, and developing and implementing high impact optimizations and new products. You will lead the Product Payments Team through the research, planning, and execution of new products, as well as ensuring the quality of all products within the portfolio.
This is a senior position with broad scope; however, you must be equally willing to continue to play a hands-on role in managing your department. You will need to work collaboratively with marketing, customer service, engineering, and other departments to develop and market our products. You will also act as a key spokesperson for your team internally.
As Product Payments Team Lead at Leadtech, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the business, take on critical challenges, and contribute to the overall strategy and success, coordinating the Product Team.
