Do you have what it takes to become a part of our team?
Your MissionCommunity Manager at Jellysmack work in "Pods" which regroup content creators from the same category (Beauty, Gaming, True Crime, Sports, Cooking, etc.).
In your Pod, as a community manager, you will be responsible for a number of creators and your main mission will be to manage these creators' communities and increase engagement.
What You'll Be Responsible ForManage creator's communities and engage with followers on a day-to-day basis on different social media platforms.Work on driving engagement, reach, and follower growth.Delve into the creator's world and develop an expertise in their domain(s).Complete weekly community management reports providing compelling insights.RequirementsA Little About YouPassionate about social media with some experience in a similar role (internships accepted).Good knowledge of the major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube).Passionate about content creators and eager to innovate in the social media field.Understanding of how to analyze insights to drive your decisions.Able to work independently as well as part of a small team.Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively in order to manage multiple creators at once.Fluent in English/Spanish with strong writing skills and attention to grammatical detail.Have a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a relevant field.BenefitsOur "Work from Anywhere" PhilosophyJellysmack believes in a flexible work environment in which anyone can work from anywhere.
