QORVO is looking for a Barcelona, Spain Responsibilities Development of RF acoustic BAW/SAW filters in the range of up to 6 GHz for 4G/5G applications Applying RF co-design techniques considering other RF components like PAs, LNAs and switches Integration into RF front end modules in close cooperation with larger product design teams Acoustic and electromagnetic (EM) simulations and optimizations Device characterization and diagnostics using the latest state of the art in RF test equipment Collaboration with an international team at multiple locations Required Qualification MS in Electrical Engineering with focus on RF Background in standard RF design techniques, RF measurements and characterization Experience with HFSS, AWR, ADS, or similar tools Understanding of microelectronic fabrication and high-volume manufacturing is a plus Communication and presentation skills Be able to work independently, but also in larger teams We are Qorvo.
