An exciting opportunity arises in Triggle! We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic team and deliver the finance support required for our growing team.Responsibilities: Payment journal: Be in charge of the Accounts Payable administration process, registering entries in the ERP (Navision).Accurate registration and processing of all income and cost invoices.Monitor and control accounts receivables and payables.Support the team with other accounting tasks (VAT reconciliation, SII, internal and external audit).Support month-end and year-end close process.Document business processes and accounting policies.Update, improve, and implement procedures for the finance team including Account Payable process.Support general employee administrative tasks.Office assistance: Support on business trips for team colleagues and coordinate with external suppliers for office needs.Requirements: Accounting & Administrative Education with at least 2 years of experience.Good Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly familiarize with accounting software.
