ABOUT THE JOBUnderstand the business job landscape and maintain a solid position frameworkContribute to the maintenance of the job evaluation framework and global job catalogue. Contribute as a subject matter expert to Reward related system/module development defining requirements and testingAssess the effectiveness of current reward programs/processes in relation to the company objectives and suggest new solutions where necessary (total reward package and benefits)Partner with People Partners to monitor and re-design local reward packages to ensure a consistent, competitive and fair reward landscape across TUI MusementAnalyse reward related data and perform scenario modellingImplement the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework ABOUT YOUExperience of using a wide variety of analytical approaches and tools, to design scenarios and models (Excel advanced user mandatory)Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunitiesExperience with local implementation of global/corporate compensation standardsGood understanding of TUI MM's position landscape is desirableExperience with job evaluation methodologiesDesirable HR Systems knowledge (SAP)Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business usersFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
