Job DescriptionWhat you'll do…Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor rates to support pricing and revenue strategies.Support the revenue team in monitoring and adjusting room rates and availability across various online booking platforms.Assist in the management of room inventory to maximize occupancy and optimize revenue.Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately, ensuring guest details and preferences are recorded.Collaborate with the front desk and sales teams to ensure smooth communication regarding bookings and availability.Help generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports to identify performance trends.Assist with group bookings, including coordinating with other departments for special requests and requirements.Support in managing OTA (Online Travel Agencies) and direct booking channels to ensure rate parity and promotional offers are accurately reflected.Participate in forecasting and budgeting activities, providing insights on projected occupancy and revenue.Assist in the coordination of special promotions or events to drive bookings and enhance guest experiences.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:EU Nationality is required.Fluent English and Spanish.
