Revenue Technology Specialist Trainee

Revenue Technology Intern will be a key player in the development of automation solutions. He / she will work to achieve the company 5Y plan objectives in defining and developing automated solutions to drive team efficiency and effectiveness in the day-to-day revenue management. He / she will be working with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and support implementation solutions.The candidate will also work in collaboration with the Director of Revenue Technology, in the deployment of RHG Revenue Management Systems and Technologies across EMEA (or any required countries/location) such as Revenue Management System or Upselling tools. He / she will make sure to support and drive the RHG roll-out objectives and targets. In addition, he / she will be the primary point of contact for daily business and will be responsible to drive engagement as well as securing user training.The Revenue Technology Specialist will work with the Revenue Team and relevant key RevGen stakeholders to drive Total Profitable Revenue and support the System Contribution Delivery objectives, focusing on the right price @ the right time for the right business via the right channel at the right cost mantra.RESPONSIBILITIES:Revenue Management System Support: Secure the deployment and support of any Revenue Management System and Technologies (IDeaS G3, Duetto, RevPlan, Oaky, etc.) as per RHG objectives and needs.Robotics & Automation Support: Secure the development and implementation of any defined automated solutions or tools in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.Auditing and Reporting: Define and run any relevant auditing/reporting processes required to support RPA and RMS activities or any defined activities as part of RHG objectives.A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:Passionate in revenue management environment and tools (Previous experience with RMS is a plus).Ability to troubleshoot technical and analytical challenges with providers.Project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with a drive for results and the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
