And this is where your ride starts.YOUR MISSIONAs the Revenue Planning & Optimisation Lead, you will own the revenue planning and forecasting for Glovo's Monetisation (Ads, Promos).
Collaborating closely with commercial, product, and finance leadership teams, you will develop and execute strategies to optimize the levers driving Glovo's revenue, profitability, and partner success.
You will play a critical role in creating a sustainable, scalable, and data-driven work stream for ads, promotions, commissions, and other growth solutions, while ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives.Your work will directly impact our partners' growth and contribute significantly to the overall P&L. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives and shape the future of revenue at Glovo.THE JOURNEYOwn and manage the business plan and the recurring revenue forecasting process, including dynamic projections and scenario analyses.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and set clear business objectives.Design and manage processes that drive alignment across global and local teams, ensuring seamless execution of monetisation plans.Develop bottom-up and top-down models to size business opportunities and assess risks.Develop data insights and frameworks to measure Glovo's take rate and optimize it for growth while balancing pricing increases and the distribution mix across promotions, ads, and commissions.Lead the development of tools and models, such as pricing elasticity calculators and profitability frameworks.Identify opportunities to improve ad revenue, margin rates, and partner satisfaction through actionable insights.Ensure team members in HQ and each market are equipped with the tools, processes, and training needed.Oversee monetisation-related projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines and deliverables
