This position is perfect for a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who can align sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive impactful revenue growth. The RevOps Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the systems, processes, and data that fuel our revenue strategy. You'll have the chance to develop and implement strategic processes, optimize tools like HubSpot CRM, and ensure our teams are equipped with the insights and support needed to succeed. What will you be doing: Lead and manage the marketing operations for at least one of our core markets. Strategize with and support the Marketing and Sales Directors to enhance the markets' performance and automation. Partner with the markets' lifecycle teams to tailor and deliver a premium and efficient user journey for our prospects and champion email marketing nurturing and reactivation workflows Build repeatable and scalable automated processes to empower our marketing and sales teams, and provide training to facilitate organic adoption. HubSpot wizard: optimize and enhance our HubSpot suite while providing support and prompt, efficient resolution of day-to-day inquiries from the marketing team. Ensure our CRM data is top-notch: ensure all data points flow seamlessly into our CRM and database from various marketing sources, standardize them, and set them to their best format (for both marketing and sales). Generate KPIs for the teams and ensure their tracking and achievement. Scout cutting-edge MarTech and implement it to boost performance: be on the lookout for the latest game-changing tools. Insights detective: analyze vast amounts of data to detect patterns and key issues, curate game-changing insights, and deliver them through reporting and presentations. Although we offer flexible hours and remote work, this position is for our office in Madrid, so you will be asked to attend different face-to-face meetings each month. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization: Establish a best practice framework adapting to the different current needs, of future growth Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units, Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within current sales, marketing, and customer success workflows and execute improvements to streamline operations. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and provide valuable insights through in-depth analysis of key metrics across the revenue lifecycle. Systems Management: Oversee and optimize HubSpot CRM and other sales/marketing/customer success tools to ensure alignment with revenue goals. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of revenue-generating activities. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and provide updates to senior leadership. The Skillset 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment in companies over 10M ARR. You're operations-focused and a technology geek Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (certified would be preferred). Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes. Ability to manage large datasets and Excel/Sheets. Previous experience with Marketing Tech stack (GA, GTM, Paid platforms, ) Great stakeholder management skills Good understanding of the B2B SaaS environment Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard BONUS: Medium/advanced knowledge of JavaScript or SQL BONUS: Medium understanding of API landscape Soft-skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
