About the role AsThe Revenue Operations Manager - eduQa, you willplay a pivotal role in aligning the Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management functions to ensure seamless end-to-end processes that drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for optimizing the entire revenue cycle, including lead management, deal management, onboarding, data integrity, reporting, and forecasting, with the goal of maximizing efficiency and scaling growth. You willact as the central point of collaboration between departments, enabling them to execute strategic initiatives through the use of data, technology, and streamlined processes.What challenges you'll be solving
Sales Enablement:Develop and manage sales tools, resources, and training to empower the sales team, including CRM systems, sales collateral, and communication platforms.Support cross-departmental teams with training on systems and processes to enhance performance.Design and optimize scalable processes across the revenue cycle, improving efficiency from lead generation to customer retention.Tech Stack Management:Collaborate with the CRM, Onboarding, and CRO teams to improve the suite of revenue-related tools and platforms (including CRM, Marketing Automation, and BI Software)Reporting & Analytics:Create detailed reports on KPIs related to lead and revenue generation, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer churn, while providing actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis.Ensure data accuracy across platforms for reliable reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

What you'll need ????????????????
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quantifiable results.High agency and proactiveness, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects forward independently.Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, relationship building, and conflict resolution.Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams (without authority)Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), marketing automation platforms, and revenue analytics tools.Experience working in the payments and/or SaaS industry preferred but not mandatory.
