Your role within Yuki As a revenue operations analyst, you will play an important role in driving the growth of Yuki by analysing revenue data and providing insights and recommendations to improve revenue streams. You will optimise processes and foster the collaboration among teams - with making sure our CRM system HubSpot is functioning seamlessly being your main objective. Standardising the processes of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align these teams and increase the efficiency of the order to cash process. Being responsible for setting up data and analytics, measuring and improving performance. Working closely with other teams such as Finance & Data to bridge the gap between processes and reporting. Supporting the commercial teams with necessary process documentation and training opportunities.
