Revenue Manager i/c Reservations Department: Revenue & ReservationsEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Spain - EsteponaDescriptionOverall Objectives- Develop the overall pricing strategy for all segments, feeder markets, and distribution channels, in conjunction with Director of Sales and Marketing.- Drive Revenue and Profit Performance and increase Market Share.- Spread a Revenue Culture within the hotel teams.- Optimize Room Reservation Sales by motivating the team, including cross-selling and upselling.- Ensure PMS / Systems information is always up to date.- Ensure quality of reservation calls is always above 85% (LQA – PWC – IFH – PS).Safeguard guests' information and minimize risks for the property by ensuring GDPR, PCI/DSS, and other standards are strictly adhered to.Ensure efficient communication to all relevant departments to best prepare the guest's upcoming Stay.Implement Kempinski Reservations standards and ensure requests are answered in a timely and professional manner, reflecting European Luxury.Safeguard data quality and accurate reporting.Constantly observe the highest standard of quality and sales techniques within the Reservations team.Key ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities- Forecasting and Budgeting: - Actively participate in the Room's Annual Budget and Business Plan preparation. - Produce an accurate room Revenue forecast for the upcoming 12 months. - Prepare the forecast at the day/segment level for the upcoming 90 days. - Hold a strong leadership role in the monthly Forecast Meeting.- Data Analysis: - Monitor and analyze Market conditions based on all available data sources for both past and future. - Prepare month-end Comments, including Segmentation, Country statistics, Room Type optimization, upselling, Top producing account, GDS and website performance, STR performance.- Strategy Setting and deployment: - Proactively identify need periods and adapt Sales & Pricing strategy accordingly. - Set Rate structure, Demand Calendar, and Upsell strategy. - Ensure all systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, 3rd Party Sites...) are maintained optimally for the full booking window in terms of content and data. - Implement and manage the sales and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including but not limited to branded website, 3rd parties, and the GDS. - Safeguard Rate integrity. - Ensure all reservation channels return the appropriate availability and rate for the upcoming 365 days. - Manage inventory and oversell strategy. - Perform Group displacement analysis taking into consideration overall Revenue and profit optimization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
