With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission: As the focal point of Strategy Revenue Management (NRM) for the Foods division, you will ensure Net Revenue realization (NRR) growth by designing, aligning, implementing, and tracking all strategic NRM initiatives (price, pack price architecture, promotion), linked to the annual plan and ad-hoc initiatives, with the objective to drive topline and profitability.Responsibilities:Price, Pack Price Architecture and Promo: End to end strategic initiatives planning; strategically build pricing, pack price architecture (PPA), and promotional initiatives, taking into account business needs, media and execution calendar, competitive set, shopping/consumer occasions, consumer perceived value, etc.Business partner: Closely work with key stakeholders (Insights, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance) to align initiatives and ensure they are correctly implemented.Calculate the volume/price/margin impact of the initiatives and ensure they're correctly inputted in the algorithm/rolling forecast.Others:Annual operating plan/other processes: participate in the design and construction of the short and mid/long term strategy plan for Foods, ensuring they deliver the NRR/NOPBT target and build towards future growth.Proactively identify risks and opportunities (Financial or Market/Shopper/Channel related) to accelerate growth.Qualifications:At least 4-5 years experience in FMCG companies, especially in roles like NRM, Marketing, Insights, Sales, Trade marketing, Finance.Strong Analytical skills.
