GuestJoy is a guest communication service for hotels and property owners.
You will be building awareness of GuestJoy products that will benefit their business by contacting customers from an opportunity list, effectively articulating the GuestJoy value proposition, and managing a sales funnel.
What you'll doReach out to existing customers, finding and creating upgrade opportunities, showcasing GuestJoy solutions to hotels, and increasing revenue.Manage the full sales pipeline - from introducing and demonstrating the value and usability of the GuestJoy product for our existing hotels, through to activating and providing guidance on next steps and how to get started using the product.Bring market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas for how to overcome recurring objections and talking to customers at risk.What you have1+ years of relevant sales experience or in the hotel/hospitality industry.Fluent in Spanish and working proficiency in English (written and spoken).A confident phone presence and writing skills to prepare accurate sales quotes, develop and present product demonstrations and proposals to clients in a professional manner.Proactive - able to manage a sales pipeline, maintain activity necessary to generate new sales, and work towards individual targets.High level of interpersonal skills - ability to work in a highly collaborative manner and communicate across departments.Our Perks & BenefitsEquity packages for you to be a part of the SiteMinder journey.Hybrid working model (in-office & from home).Mental health and well-being initiatives.Generous parental (including secondary) leave policy.Paid birthday, study, and volunteering leave every year.Sponsored social clubs, team events, and celebrations.Employee Resource Groups (ERG) to help you connect and get involved.Investment in your personal growth offering training for your advancement.Does this job sound like you?
