JOB DESCRIPTION:coordinating and executing the management of a retreat centre/ small hotelcoordinating tasks of cleaning/maintenance and garden personnel coordinating the kitchen : with cooks designing menus, managing stock, ordering stock managing the reservation process do the admin involveddo checkins and checkoutskeeping track of planning and reservationsreceiving groups and managing logistics and service involvedexecuting simple admin tasks like keeping track of expenses, making and filing invoicesactively promoting new activities and servicescoordinating a small team of 6 to 8 motivated workersREQUIREMENTS:high level of Spanish and English orally as well as in writingminimum 3 to 5 years experience in the tourism sector in a management positionknowledge of working with reservation systemsknowledge of excellflexible attitudewillingness to work long days when neededproblem solving capabilitiesteam workerPls send us a cv and a cover letter to : ******
