Retreat Centre Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: coordinating and executing the management of a retreat centre/ small hotel coordinating tasks of cleaning/maintenance and garden personnel coordinating the kitchen : with cooks designing menus, managing stock, ordering stock managing the reservation process do the admin involved do checkins and checkouts keeping track of planning and reservations receiving groups and managing logistics and service involved executing simple admin tasks like keeping track of expenses, making and filing invoices actively promoting new activities and services coordinating a small team of 6 to 8 motivated workers REQUIREMENTS: high level of Spanish and English orally as well as in writing minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the tourism sector in a management position knowledge of working with reservation systems knowledge of excell flexible attitude willingness to work long days when needed problem solving capabilities team worker Pls send us a cv and a cover letter to : ******
