The person in this position will need to work closely with telesales and digital sales managers and will report to the Head of Distribution Spain and Portugal.
Requisitos :What we are looking for : Proven experience working in the telephone sales channel (inbound & outbound), digital channels, and customer service management.
Used to working under pressure.
Strong leadership skills, motivation, and teamwork spirit.
Strong data analysis skills.
Proven experience working with analytical tools and dashboards.
Demonstrated experience in project implementation and management.
Focus on customer excellence and quality.
Languages: native Spanish with a high level of English.
Portuguese would be a plus!
About the role : Monitor the main sales KPIs (sales, conversion, and persistence rates).
Implement and monitor key metrics related to loyalty and satisfaction.
Create and implement retention initiatives using a combination of channels (digital and phone) to achieve the retention targets.
Design animation plans for the sales and retention teams.
Participate in the design of the company quality plans.
Work with the data analytics team to understand prospect information and segmentation criteria to optimize the sales funnel.
Analyze customer behavior to create proactive initiatives to enhance the offering and improve customer satisfaction.
