We are looking for an experienced Retail Training 40 hours per week (M/F/x) to join us.
Based in Madrid, Head Office.
Minimum RequirementsPrevious experience such as Retail Training is required (2-4 years).Previous experience in retail Premium or Luxury, such as Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager or other positions.Fluent in English (Spoken and Written) C1 Advantage or higher.Fluent in Spanish (Spoken and Written) C1 Advantage or higher.Another language is a plus for the position (French or German).High availability to travel nationally and internationally.What You Can ExpectIdentify training needs of the retail team, measure and evaluate training results, and recommend changes to improve training effectiveness.Review, adapt, translate if necessary, and prepare training materials in alignment with Global Retail Communications, Training & Development to meet local market needs.Work closely with retail & HR team to implement training plans and reinforce customer excellence service experience.Coordinate and conduct training of the HUGO BOSS University for all levels of employees.Provide timely support and coaching to store teams at all levels.Observe and coach retail employees on the POS to ensure consistently high customer service and behaviors.Monitor and follow-up on trainings to ensure employees are equipped with skills and knowledge to meet retail standards.Maintain training system & records in the LMS and produce timely & accurate reports to track training effectiveness.Be a role model and provide necessary tools and techniques to make the learner's life easier.Prepare, deliver and follow-up on training initiatives / Workshops in Spain with 100% willingness to travel.Your ProfileDemonstrated experience in retail, ideally in luxury fashion retail.If applicable, degree holder in training & development or related discipline.Minimum 2 years solid training and selling experience gained in retail (Preferably upper premium & lifestyle segment).Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills - ability to persuade.Strong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail.Self-motivated, proactive and independent.Fluent in English C1 - Advantage and preferable as a second language (spoken and written).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, solution-oriented approach, effective time management.Engaging personality in an international environment.Your BenefitsExclusive discounts for shopping and arts: benefit from discounts for family and friends.
