- Ensures achievement of daily sales target.
- Monitors sales performance of the assigned store on a daily basis and makes recommendations on how sales performance can be improved.
- Serves as liaison between store and the company through the ROSM, conveying important information, updates, sales activities and directives as needed.
- Provides product and customer feedback; works with the ROSM to plan and execute promotional activities.
- Ensures that the store is always clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Performs cashiering in the absence of the Retail Store Cashiers.
- Ensures the cash sales are complete and intact from the cash register.
- Monitors the store funds (Petty Cash, Change Fund, Cash Advance); ensures liquidations and reimbursements are complete and accurate.
- Manages troubleshooting of store-assigned devices.
- Ensures proper display of certificates of compliance with government regulations.
- Reports store concerns to ROSM.
- Coordinates with external partners regarding event participation, store promotions, pull-outs, and delivery of stocks.
- Maintains good rapport with the external partners.
- Deals with customer concerns as soon as they are received.
- Manages and trains Loom Ambassadors, and ensures they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinates with ROSM regarding the weekly schedule of all store staff.
- Monitors PA concerns (i.e.
attendance, violations, change of work schedule, renewal of ID).
- Ensures adequate staff coverage during peak times.
- Oversees hiring of the store manpower requirements.
- Coordinates with the ROSM and TDM regarding the Ploom Ambassador Certificate Program and all the other trainings for new employees.
- Provides the ROSM with the PA quarterly performance evaluation.
- Attends the PA Meeting (Office Day) as per schedule.
- Ensures that stock level in the assigned store is sufficient to meet sales target; requests stock replenishments, if needed.
- Ensures that stocks in the selling area and stockroom are properly maintained.
- Monitors inventory movement (delivery/pull-out) and ensures they are processed on time with proper documentation.
- Conducts stock audit and resolves inventory variances immediately.
- Performs administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and documentation to support operational activities and reporting requirements.
