Retail Stock Allocator & Inventory Controller South Europe Mission: The Retail Stock Allocator and Inventory Controller must work to ensure Helly Hansen stores are supplied with stock on time and in right quantities.
He/she is responsible for the replenishment process and load in's.
Within this, he/she is constantly looking for stock opportunities as well as identifying liabilities in the inventory.
The vision is to execute assortment plans while reacting on market conditions in order to maximize sales, margin and inventory turnover.
The Retail Stock Allocator & Inventory Controller South Europe must be the driver of processes for order fulfillment and replenishment of Helly Hansen stores.
His/her activities need to be in alignment with the corporate strategies of inventory management in a multichannel environment.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely in support with above key interfaces to ensure seasonal retail buy and assortment is reaching stores on time.
In cooperation with Retail Marketing/Marketing and Visual Merchandiser functions, execute the seasonal campaign calendar and allocate product accordingly.
Keep stores informed of all deliveries and monitor flow of product into store.
Replenish all stores to meet and exceed sales and profit goals.
Determine stock levels and ensure replenishment systems are operating correctly.
Control inventory levels to optimize sales, gross margin and sell through of product.
Drive focused initiatives to liquidate aged stock timely in collaboration with the global retail buyer.
