The Regional Retail Sales Director will be the Responsible for the Product Strategy for Offline Retail business, from the product positioning, strategic target definition to the competitive landscape analysis, together with the responsibility for Planning, directing and coordinating all the offline Marketing activities for the business unit in the Southern Europe Region: Italy, Spain, Turkey & Greece.This is how you will WOW:Ensure the implementation of the Offline Retail product strategy in the RegionIn alignment with the Regional President and the Headquarters, agree the plans for the Sales strategy in the countries and translate it into specific actionsDevelop and manage an annual sales and expense budget and forecast for all subsidiaries in the RegionEnforce sales policies as it relates to channels, territories, pricing and promotion.Act as a coach/mentor for the local Retail sales directors and support in the countries retail channels developmentRecommend pricing and promotions for Retail business in the countriesCounsel and recommend product ranges, campaigns and accessories, aligned with the strategic plans per countryCoordinate Marketing and Sales when requiredBe knowledgeable with all marketing materials and programs in order to assist the countries with national and local marketing of productsKey account visits with the team Availability to travel around 50% of timeIt would be WOW if you would bring this in:Minimum 5 years international experience as a Sales director, with a variety of sales channels in similar industryExperience in Product & Marketing within the same industryBusiness developer, proactive and problem solving.A very structured work ethic and mindset, as well analytical and organisational skills.Focus and team spirit and ability to cope with stressful situations.Proficiency English level. Turkish, Greek, Spanish or Italian would be a plus.Studies in Business related fields, Economics and Marketing will be highly valued
