In a Few Words: We are looking for an Area Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores within a designated area. The role involves driving sales growth, managing regional team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining brand standards.
Your Healthy Routine: You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales within the trade channel. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, consumer behavior, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, product management, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities:Regional Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple retailers within the assigned area. Ensure all regional FF team comply with company policies, processes, and brand standards. Optimize operational efficiency through process improvement and resource allocation. Collaborate with HQ to develop and implement regional strategies.Sales Performance: Follow regional sales targets and ensure each retailer meets or exceeds those goals. Monitor regional FF team performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to drive growth.Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, promoters, and retail staff. Provide training and guidance to enhance leadership skills and overall team performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, loyalty, and high productivity.Store Visits & Audit: Conduct regular store visits to maintain relationships with the shop management team. Perform operational audits to ensure FF, training, visibility, and store-level cooperation aligned with HQ strategy.Your Profile Includes: Bachelor's degree or above.
