We at PRONOVIAS GROUP , Global leader in the Bridal industry with HQ in Barcelona, are currently looking for a talented and outstanding Retail Operations Trainee to join our Retail Operations Team .
Management of queries and incidents related to Retail projects / processes by the store team, as well as follow up, to ensure that the store team has the necessary support.
Support in business improvement projects Support in kpis analysis.
Communication : - General communication to stores - Communication with other areas Transversal tasks area : - Configuration booking tool - Management of store schedules: o Google my Business Platform o Genesis Platform (call management) - Support in the legal area coordination (conditional changes, etc.)
- IT coordination support (software implementations etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher), verbal and written.
Other languages will be a plus.
High level in the Office package (Excel, Powerpoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
