Our HQ in Madrid is looking for a:RETAIL MANAGER IBERIA VICTORIA SECRET Responsible for the implementation of Retail Company sales strategy in our Victoria Secret stores in Spain and Portugal, accordingly to the guidelines, values and standards defined by the Company standards with the aim to grow the Iberian market in terms of economical results.Main Responsibilities To guarantee the maximization of the profitability of Iberian perimeter.To manage constantly the store performance through stores commercial KPI's with particular focus to conversion rate.To drive the sales through a deep knowledge of the region in terms of market, trends and overall consumer behaviour.To assure stores' standard and level of service up to the Victoria Secret and our Company expectations.To guarantee efficiency and profitability in the store organization through the correct and balanced number of people.To build the Store's staff annual labour cost budget and revision.To pursue the growth of the organization by promoting people development paths within the stores network and management team.To assure compliance in terms of Health & Safety in the stores.Main Activities To budget, plan and review the sales plan and revisions (sales budget).To budget, plan and review the Store's staff labour costs through the hourly rate costs analysis, % incidence on the total staff cost, productivity, etc.To monitor on a daily, weekly and monthly basis revenues and costs.To support and follow up on store actions plans to drive the stores sales performance (setting KPI's target and revisions).To supervise the stock flow by monitoring all inventory processes are properly executed.To organize periodically store visits to all stores to constantly check the performance, support the store development, have a full updated view of the local market trend and consumer insights.To contribute in building the profitability analysis for the new opening, working alongside with CM and Finance & HR.To supervise the processes related to people in the stores in terms of store organization, planning, holidays and permissions, recruiting, development through the District Managers.To collaborate closely with HR function to better understand common initiatives and solutions to be sure to have the right people and processes in place.Market competitor analysis (benchmark in terms of trade marketing initiatives, store promotions, store events, development plan).Skills Strong knowledge of Retail KPI's, sales performance budgeting and knowledge of KPIs and commercial results.Strong attitude through analytics and economics to plan accurately with a constant attention to details.Strong market and consumer's knowledge and continuous monitoring.A Champion of Customer Experience, able to lead the teams by example.Results driven and with a true passion for Retail and People.#J-18808-Ljbffr
