Your main responsibilities will include management and growth of a portfolio of accounts, driving business conversations with clients, and developing successful Retail Media strategies through cross-disciplinary collaboration. Reporting to the VP, Paid Media, Regional Lead.Your primary responsibilities will include:Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growthBuild strong client relationships and understand their business goalsCreate and deliver large-scale, data-driven strategies for clientsProject manage initiatives within the media planCreate professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insightsCollaborate with Business Development to create innovative strategies for prospective clientsAlign with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharingMentor and educate junior staff to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal developmentUse a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects
