Job Summary:Support to the FMCG softlines division as part as of the overall strategy for the Disney Consumer Products, through the sales administration and customer assistance ensuring all the EMEA and Iberia strategic plans are correctly launched.On the FMCG area, his/her main responsibilities will be:Support the Licensing team to assist and create if needed, ad hoc plans for licensees & retailers during specific campaigns;Assistance on the Designs and Product development chain of approvals.Participate on the local campaigns & franchise assetsB2B strategy: Implement & coordinate good relationship between licensees and retailers partnering with Local Retail Marketing team.On the specific Licensees areas, her/his main responsibilities will be:Coordination on timeline for the campaigns with FMCG licensees.Assistance on the communication campaigns of licensees (promotions, in store, PR, digital or TV campaigns)Coordination with other lines of business within the companySupport in presentations, product development, joint business planning, financial processes and communication with partners.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Assist Senior Manager on the monitoring, analysing and collating all relevant market information including: pricing, promotions, legislation, remedial action.Help to develop and motivate licensees and retailers and identify additional profitable areas of growth.Full compliance with corporate policies and legislation.Administrative tasks to work closely with Retail & Trade Marketing to implement in store promotions and other activities to increase sell-out.Help to build a good & sustainable argument to support the value of our brands for healthy food development whilst pitching to High Level Management.Advice on the development assets for Retailers & Licencees.Ensure partner websites are up to date and aligned with TWDC brand guidelines.Support (and attend where needed) - Retail Events, promotions on-line & instore, etc.EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes):Marketing or similar University DegreeGood level of EnglishExcel and Power PointAbout Disney Experiences: Disney Experiences brings the magic of Disney stories and franchises to life through theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, unique vacation experiences, products and more around the world.
