Retail Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Camdelaria for a Manager position. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
College Undergrad or College Graduate with experience in the same industry
Prior experience in a retail management role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
Proficiency in inventory management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in staff training and development
Willing to be assigned in Department Store Candelaria

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
