LONGINES Brand is searching for a Retail Manager working closely with the Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations of the stores of Retail in Spain .
Job Scope
Establish the overall retail strategy in Spain, and implement it to all POS effectively to ensure that all POS achieve set income and profit targets.
Ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Profile
Proven experience as a retail manager or in another managerial position.
Knowledge of retail management best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
Commercial awareness.
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
