The company Swatch Group Job description LONGINES Brand is searching for a Retail Manager working closely with the Brand Manager to oversee the daily operations of the stores of Retail in Spain.

Job scope Establish the overall retail strategy in Spain and implement it effectively across all POS to ensure achievement of set income and profit targets. Ensure the smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. Profile Proven experience as a retail manager or in another managerial position. Knowledge of retail management best practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizing and leadership skills. Commercial awareness. Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles. Professional requirements At least 5 years of working experience in a retail management role. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills. Good computer operation skills. Languages Excellent command of English. Any other language will be a plus.
