Job scope: Establish the overall retail strategy in Spain, implement it at all POS effectively, and ensure that all POS achieve set income and profit targets. Ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. Profile: Proven experience as a retail manager or in another managerial position.Knowledge of retail management best practices.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizing and leadership skills.Commercial awareness.Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles. Professional requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in a retail management role.Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.Good computer operation.
