In your journey towards achieving this challenging target, you will have an end-2-end perspective of the business (Income, Pricing, Expenses, Balances, profitability and performance ratios). You are comparing our long-term vision against our current performance and external market trends to initiate new initiatives to bring our strategy into execution. And you are preparing regular financial updates to Product Leadership and other key stakeholders to monitor and report on our performance. Your key responsibilities: What you'll be doing as a Finance Business Partner : Acting as a linking pin between Finance domain and the rest of areas, ensuring the bank´s strategy and financial ambition are known, shared and embraced as one team. Business performance understanding, monitoring and forecasting:Full control and analysis of the actual figures, understanding the external and internal income, expenses, risk costs and balance sheet developments. Active forecasting, anticipating business developments, in close cooperation with business leaders. Mid-term budget setting with clear targets and KPI towards achieving our long-term ambition. Ongoing development and technical refinement of financial models thanks to the in-depth knowledge of the business (actuals & forecast). Being the finance partner to business stakeholders:Ad hoc analyses & research to support key strategic initiatives & pricing. Share insights and challenge the existing business E2E performance. Collaborate in new business development proposals. Being able to translate analyses and business performance into concise and powerful presentations:Strategy papers and presentations. Business Performance monitoring. Local committees (ALCO, Pricing etc
