We're fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation.
Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
This position is aimed at people who are looking to develop their career within the trade marketing department, looking for a motivating challenge full of learnings in a strategic area for the company.
Working directly with the Channel in exciting projects to foster engagement with the Trade and interacting with different stakeholders both locally and regionally.
Your 'day to day' The role will be responsible for the main initiatives associated with Trade segmentation, platform maintenance and training, with a strong analytical mindset: Monitor and analyze the main KPIs linked to Trade initiatives and platform performance.
Contract management.
Budget control and forecast.
Design, implement and measure Trade training programs in both physical and digital platforms, coordinating appropriately with Sales team and other internal stakeholders.
Develop necessary materials, coordinating with creative agencies and other suppliers.
Who we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in commercial planning/trade marketing and/or Retail and/or Sales.
Knowledge and interest in building strategies to strengthen relationships with the trade.
Advanced use of Excel and other analytical tools.
Test to be performed to check the level.
Good communication skills, comfortable when presenting in both English and Spanish to big audiences.
Used to working with deadlines and multiple projects at the same time.
English Advanced Level (C1) - Interaction with international teams is daily and a good level is necessary to ensure performance in the role.
