ZN October TRADE AND DISTRIBUTION FUNCTIONS
Analyzing and following-up overall operations of the brands' center in charge (promotions, standards, merchandising, personnel, stocks, internal regulations, center marketing implementation, etc.) to support them and increase standards and revenue.Correct accomplishment of the commercial budget assigned for his center and brands.Collaborate with the Marketing team to elaborate the marketing commercial plans by center with the main guidelines established by HQ.Cooperate with the Image department to ensure that every store has the right visual impact in windows and interior design to increase revenue and maintain the level of excellence in the shopping center.Cooperate and collaborate with the Leasing department to provide proper feedback about the performance of the brand to trace future action plans or new brands that could improve business in the center.Execute different activities and programs (trainings, workshops, etc.) to guarantee the satisfaction of needs and formative lacks, assuring their professional growth aligned with the objectives of the commercial activity.Help and motivate the store teams to be best in class and develop their professional side.Demonstrate leadership by playing an active role in meetings and managing brand relationships.Prepare statistics and quality reports of commercial activity, setting up an informative basis for the decision-making process to inform HQ and investors.Conduct quarterly reviews with brands to report results and trace action plans.Analyze competitors to define actions that allow growth in the company.Visit daily/weekly the assigned store.Active participation in marketing & retail activities onsite, guaranteeing successful and perfect deployment.Requirements: Desired Master's in Economical Science or Retail.5 years' experience in a similar position, working in retail.Knowledge about shopping centers and/or the fashion distribution sector.Very good knowledge of store KPIs is a must.Very strong analytical and communication skills.Fluency in English and Spanish.Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
