Your key responsibilities will include coordinating daily operations, facilitating interdepartmental communication, and ensuring project workflows are aligned with departmental goals and objectives.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing daily team operations, including scheduling, prioritization, and documentation.Supporting the Engineering Manager by organizing meetings, tracking milestones, and updating stakeholders.Ensuring resource allocation and effective team coordination, providing tools and information for smooth task completion.Acting as the liaison between engineering and other teams, aligning project expectations and timelines. Facilitate meetings and communicate updates clearly.Tracking project progress, compiling reports, and analyzing data to guide planning.Maintaining documentation on project status and team productivity, offering insights to the Engineering Manager.Participating in research on new elements, materials, and solutions which are up to date.Researching new services interconnected to Retail Architecture allowing to improve visibility and transparency.Proposing distinctive, intelligent, and elaborate technical solutions that consider both commercial and financial objectives.Pursuing impactful Retail Architecture, supporting positioning of Swarovski brand, improving Retail KPIs.Collecting and identifying relevant information from major stakeholders and the Retail industry.Being the Ambassador of the brand (internally and externally).About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:University degree/Higher Education in Industrial Design, Architecture, or Engineering disciplines.Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.Excellent English; Spanish, German, or French is a plus.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and proposals to align with project goals.Understanding of project lifecycle management, milestone tracking, and time management.Knowledge of technical standards for Retail Architecture (RA) and Visual Merchandising (VM).Experience with global projects in international companies (preferable).What we offerYou can expect a range of benefits, including:Employee Assistance Program.Volunteering leave.Learning and development programs.Masters of Light Since 1895.Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.Founded in 1895 in Austria, the company designs, manufactures, and sells the world's finest crystal, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds, and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as crystal objects and home accessories.
