The OpportunityResponsible to secure an excellent Retail Execution along the In-Store path to purchase within the consumer journey for the 4 Brands Byredo and Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur and Dr. Barbara Sturm in Iberia in collaboration with Brand Manager & Retail Manager.
What you'll get to doEnsure implementation of omnichannel strategy and boost ecommerce in ECI & Perfumeries in partnership with the e-commerce team & KAM.Support Retail manager to execute the Retail Plan of different channels (DTC, ECI PERFUMERIES) to ensure the compliance with the objectives of Brand visibility permanent and temporary, location, personalization and differentiation (POD) of our brands in our retailers.Support Retail manager to translate the brands marketing strategy to a trade marketing plan across customers and channels driving brand awareness and boosting sell-out: ideation, planning, negotiation & budgeting in collaboration with Retail activation Manager & Brand Manager.Assist Brand Manager & KAM Niche & Wellness to secure business development of ECI, Perfumeries & Professional channel (Beauty Salon & Hotel Spas) for Dr Barbara Sturm in collaboration with Training team.Assist Retail manager setting Visual Merchandising Guidelines per retailer & door securing permanent visibility excellence with the Graduate collaboration.Lead and ensure the acceleration of CRM / Clientelling ECI & DTC strategy defining strategy, objectives & follow up main KPIS in collaboration with the Sales Through & Marketing.Identify growth opportunities within the different touchpoints to boost drive to store traffic and sell out sales by defining and leading a plan for sampling partnerships, scent the city project, smart out of home collabs, maximize ECI Levers for brands assigned.Support the Niche team with temporary BA hire in collaboration with external agencies and budget control.Assist on the execution and validation with brands of Temporary animations and consumer events at point of sale.Lead and influence key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of agreed plans and initiatives.Assist Brand manager with annual forecasting (CPS) of novelties & POSM in collaboration with the Demand Planning & Sales teams.We'd love to meet you if you haveExperience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in a beauty or luxury goods company.Education: Business Administration, International Marketing.Languages: Spanish and English are essential.A few things you'll love about usAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.A range of learning and development opportunities.An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow.A competitive compensation & benefits package.Puig is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
