As a Retail activation Analyst, you will be responsible for drive and implement the Activation tools aligned to BAT brand ´s strategy at the POS to achieve best in class execution.BAT SPAINIS LOOKING FOR AN RETAIL ACTIVATION ANALYSTFUNCTION: MarketingSUBFUNCTION: Marketing - ActivationLOCATION: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria-Canary IslandsROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESBritish American Tobacco Spain is looking for a passionate, highly motivated Retail Activation analyst with a positive and can-do attitude, to join our Marketing department, based in Las Palmas de Gran CanariaReports to: Marketing ManagerGeographic Scope: IberiaWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORResponsible for drive and implement the Activation tools aligned to BAT brand ´s strategy at the POS to achieve best in class execution.Deliver successful activation of the brands through the different campaigns and touchpoints in the POS.Became a market expert:Analyse and cross information with market and brand performance to get new insight for new initiatives and recommendations.Generate new solutions for the brand to become more competitive, proactive and make a difference vs. the competition. Identify respective issues / untapped consumer opportunities, and develop responsive actions based on thorough analysis of market data & consumer insight.Management of the Permanent and non-permanent materials (alignment with brand/trade, implementation, follow up, tracking)Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution. Ensure a Strong and good relation and communication agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence planning process and activation.Monitor and control of the correct Marketing investment budget allocation per activation tool. Formulating business presentations that display project status, results, modifications, and plans.Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT groupESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEUniversity Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.Master Degree in Marketing, MBA or similar.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing positions.Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)High Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong analytical skillsHigh effective in planning and organizationAcknowledged and proven leadership, proactivity, and ownership
