Your area of responsibility: Complete order processing for the assigned markets, taking consideration of customer-specific requirements Advising customers via both telephone and email Coordination with other departments, in particular Supply Chain, Product Management and Accounting Post-processing and tracking of web orders Organization and coordination of device deliveries Complaint Management Your profile: Very good knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and English, knowledge of German is an asset You have experience in the commercial area and a good technical understanding You are customer-oriented and eager to work in an international environment Structuring, coordinating and prioritizing belong to your strengths You are used to working independently but also enjoy working in a team You communicate clearly and remain professional and friendly in stressful situations *The onboarding and familiarisation period will take place in Germany for approx.
