The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to uphold service standards.Develop and implement menus, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive revenue.Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs effectively.Address guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance the dining experience.Our Ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will have:Experience: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of restaurant operations.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of staff engagement and performance.Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L statements, with the ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to resolve guest complaints and ensure a memorable dining experience.Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and health and safety regulations.Menu Development: Experience in menu planning and development, working closely with chefs to create appealing offerings that align with guest preferences and seasonal trends.Staff Training and Development: Ability to recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering career growth within the team
