Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:
The position is responsible in providing leadership and management for the Food and Beverage Service Department and integrates its functions with F&B Production and Hotel support.
Qualifications:
-At least 10 years of relevant experience as F&B Manager or 5 years of experience in the same capacity
-Can handle two or more restaurants must be flexible
-With a bachelor's degree preferably of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management
-Must be knowledgeable in:
F&B Operations
F&B Policies and Procedures
Safety and Sanitation
Inventory Procedures
Purchasing Procedures
Food and Beverage Principles
Performance Management
Recruitment and Selection
Employee Relations and Discipline
Cost Control Measures
Service and Product Knowledge
Budget Process, Financial Statements and Accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
San Fernando, La Union: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
