Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:The position is responsible for providing leadership and management for the Food and Beverage Service Department and integrates its functions with F&B Production and Hotel support.Qualifications:At least 10 years of relevant experience as F&B Manager or 5 years of experience in the same capacity.With a bachelor's degree preferably in BS Hotel and Restaurant Management.Must be knowledgeable in:F&B OperationsF&B Policies and ProceduresSafety and SanitationInventory ProceduresPurchasing ProceduresFood and Beverage PrinciplesPerformance ManagementRecruitment and SelectionEmployee Relations and DisciplineCost Control MeasuresService and Product KnowledgeBudget Process, Financial Statements and AccountingJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:San Fernando, La Union: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
