A unique opportunity awaits in this exciting role as Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences, whether for corporate events or casual dining.
Daily Responsibilities:
Directing and developing a team of dedicated hospitality professionals
Delivering outstanding guest experiences by setting high standards and exceeding expectations
Managing food and beverage standards to ensure responsible business practices
Working closely with the finance team to set and monitor budgets and drive revenue
Oversseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet, and convention facilities, including supervisors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, restaurant management, or related field
4+ years' related experience, including management experience
Proficiency in Spanish and English
Ability to obtain certifications or permits required by local governmental agencies
