Have the knowledge and ability to review, modify and perform all the tasks of the consumption center. Strictly adhere to service standards. Assign responsibilities to subordinates and periodically evaluate their performance. Be present in the consumption center at all times of high occupancy. Knowledge and Skills Education: College Degree education or equivalent experience in F&B field Experience: Experience required in management positions minimum of 2 (two) years Prior experience in Food & Beverage department is highly desirable Skills and Abilities: Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment Prior experience in Micros System Ability to read and speak and write in English and Spanish - Extra languages are a plus.
