How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In this position, you will contribute to the following mission: Ensuring the achievement of planned objectives, in optimal conditions of service, quality, and profitability, developing and managing the customer portfolio of the assigned commercial area, in accordance with the planned objectives and guidelines of the Activity Management.
Once AAMM has negotiated a contract/tender, the technical sales delegates are responsible for obtaining the largest volume of prescriptions possible, as well as ensuring compliance with the commitments arising from the contract.
Specific functions to be performed are: TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS Management of the implementation of equipment (Insulin Pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors) in hospitals and patients, applying the company's quality and safety standards in close relation with the Technical Management.
Occasionally manage the training of Educators in the hospital centers on Insulin Pumps and Continuous Glucose Monitors in collaboration with diabetes nurses.
Management of the implementation of technological platforms in hospitals and patients for data download and traceability.
The person will be responsible for the correct implementation of the technical specifications (PPT) of the tenders in their area of influence.
COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS Preparation and follow-up of offers for Hospital Centers and Patients.
Negotiate technical/commercial proposals with clients.
Identify and communicate clients' market needs/trends to propose adaptations of Novalab's services or products.
Develop their customer portfolio in the assigned area, seeking to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction according to the policies of the Commercial and Marketing Management.
Implement the commercial and marketing policy (action plans) with clients in their area.
Understand the market in their area, internally communicating information related to their clients, as well as products, services, and actions of the competition, adequately using the company's information systems.
Identify and establish relationships with local stakeholders, according to the guidelines of Novalab's Commercial Management.
Are you a MATCH?
The ideal candidate for the position must meet the following requirements: University studies: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Health Sciences, or similar.
Experience in sales in the hospital sector.
Knowledge of Diabetes.
Geographical mobility to cover the area of País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, and Aragón.
Proactive person, with good communication skills and ability to work independently.
