Could you be the Production Workshop Responsible in Madrid (Getafe) we're looking for in a fixed term role?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your ability to manage the production lines and achieve the goals related to EHS, Cost, Quality and Delivery to another level. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will propose improvement measures related to safety and the environment to achieve the environmental objectives set by the company. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, Production, Supply Chain and Stakeholders Managers), apply and improve standard production processes with established quality and much more.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the execution of the committed activities, managing the resources under your charge for this purpose, but also promoting and implementing PDCA (Plan Do Check Adjust) actions with your staff to improve the standard cost for each task.
We'll look to you for: Monitoring and analysis of KPIs for standard tasks and planning.Assigning tasks to personnel under your charge, monitoring, resolving incidents in daily production.Monitoring the execution of workshop activities according to the established program.Proposal and compliance with the workshop environmental objectives.Conducting and participating in accident investigations.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
