How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? In this position, the mission will be to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives under optimal conditions of service, safety, quality, and profitability, developing and managing the assigned client portfolio according to the objectives and guidelines set by the Delegation Management and the Commercial Management of VitalAire.
The specific responsibilities include:
Development of the current clientele in the assigned area, seeking to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Maintenance of the business for awarded home therapy contracts, as well as the development and preparation of new contracts. Development of potential or future clientele, seeking to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Understanding the market in your area, updating available information systems, and proposing possible actions that positively impact the business. Collecting information on products, services, and actions of competitors. Implementation of the short and medium-term commercial policy, with special emphasis on the development of Home Services. Identifying future or unmet market needs of clients to propose adaptations of VITALAIRE's services or products. Identifying and establishing relationships with local prescribers and Hospital Center Management, according to the directives of the Hospital Activity Management. Working jointly with the corresponding RAC to achieve financial objectives with assigned clients (commercial credit, reduction of receivables, management of unpaid debts, etc.). Complying with safety, quality, and IMS policies and regulations. Knowing, applying, and conveying to the client the requirements of the equipment and services related to the patient. University degree (at least a diploma or technical engineering level). Commercial experience (sales, marketing) of at least three years in the sector. Very good communication skills. Proficiency in medium-high systems (Excel, Power BI, Analysis). Valuable: Intermediate-high level of English.
