You will be responsible for the staffing of consultants on projects, answering staffing requests, management of utilisation/workload numbers and other ad-hoc requests. You work together with the global function leads and regional business owners to drive a smooth business operation
Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include: Independent supervision of various technical areas with assigned consultants of different levels of experience with all staffing questions
Responsible for the allocation of an international team of consultants with different seniority levels and tech stacks regarding all staffing issues
Collect project requirements and putting together appropriate teams for projects
Allocation of available consultants in appropriate project positions
Use staffing tools for planning and evaluation of assignments.
You are significantly involved in the development of our resource management strategy, with a focus on the process optimization of resource allocation
With your hands-on mentality, you are not only committed to strategy development, but also like to be actively involved in its implementation
Regular coordination with partners and management team on resource planning issues
R eport and monitor staffing and skill-based data, planning and revenue recognition
Manage the staffing board, you provide valuable reports on resource utilization and planning .
You support in maintaining and optimizing the consultants' skills database as well as the regular preparation of workload reports and forecasts.

Requirements Experience and skills you'll need to do what you love at Roboyo: · Completed bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, preferably in the commercial or staffing management field
· 5+ years of relevant experience working within resource management
· Experience in professional services (Consulting or IT industry)
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
· You work in a very structured and organized manner and can prioritize and multitask
· Motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
· You are a proactive team player with a high willingness to learn, who takes responsibility for your tasks
· Written and verbal fluency in English
Skills that are big plus: · Preferably experience with KANATA and Workday
· Additional language skills (German, Spanish, French, Italian)
