You will be responsible for the staffing of consultants on projects, answering staffing requests, management of utilization/workload numbers, and other ad-hoc requests. You work together with the global function leads and regional business owners to drive a smooth business operation.

· 5+ years of relevant experience working within resource management
· Experience in professional services (Consulting or IT industry)
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
· You work in a very structured and organized manner and can prioritize and multitask
· Motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
· You are a proactive team player with a high willingness to learn, who takes responsibility for your tasks
· Written and verbal fluency in English
