.Job Description:Jet2holidays is landing in Jerez and Costa de la Luz in May 2025 and we are looking for Resort Representatives to join our team and create memories for our all-important customers during their well-deserved holiday with us!As one of our valued Resort Representatives, based in the Cadiz / Costa Ballena area, you will play a vital part in sharing local knowledge, delivering outstanding customer service, and enhancing our customers' holiday by introducing them to our experiences on offer. You will be provided with fantastic training to ensure you:Create memories for our customers in resort, ensuring we are on hand at their accommodation and resolve any issues they experience during their holidayUtilise a sales-through-service approach by recommending local experiences and attractions to match our customers' needsTake responsibility by supporting with any disruption, serious emergencies in resort & customer escalationsBe the face of Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits and virtually, via video call, for any urgent queriesBe present by maximising branding opportunities within our hotels and resortsWork as one team supporting our airport operation working in arrivals & departuresWhat will I need?You will already hold full right to work documents for Spain and be living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation.Due to the level of travel required in the role, you will already be a driver with access to your own motorised vehicle/car which you are able to use for work purposes. Operational requirement travel expenses will be reimbursed.Working hours will vary each month and can include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & working weekends. We will provide your roster 3-4 weeks in advance. You must be flexible to work a range of hours as you will also be required to support with flight disruption, serious emergencies in resort & customer escalations.Customer service experience is advantageous; however, previous experience is not required
