Resident Engineer / Ingeniero Residente - Madrid Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for a Resident Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service. As Resident Engineer you are responsible for: · To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test) · To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems · To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis · To collaborate with Agfa 2nd level support in order to solve complaints within the assigned site What you bring to the table: · Education: Grado Medio o Superior en Administración de sistemas informáticos or Radiology Technician with interest in Healthcare IT domain. · At least 1 year of professional experience in managing complex customers or hospital workflow · Experience with Windows Server, Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server. · Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers · Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills · Good knowledge of IT network and domain. · Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus · Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally Location: Madrid metropolitan area, Spain
